Payments & Refunds
All payments made for coaching, programs, or digital products are final unless otherwise stated. Because services include time, planning, and personalized support, refunds are generally not offered once a session, program, or product has been delivered or accessed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
For personal training sessions, 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be forfeited at the trainer’s discretion.
Results Disclaimer
Fitness progress varies from person to person. While programs are designed to be effective, no specific results (such as weight loss, strength gains, or pain resolution) are guaranteed.
